- Eastern Atlantic (Iceland, southern Norway, Skagerrak and Morocco) and the Mediterranean Sea. Records as far south to Mauritania and Senegal could not be verified due to lacking descriptions and specimens; most are probably misidentifications of Leucoraja leucosticta .
